We just returned (tonight) from a trip into Canada. We went up the highway into Penticton, Kelowna, Revelstoke, Lake Louise, Banff, Jasper, and Radium. For those of you that haven't seen the Rockies, plan on it--soon. We lost count of the glaciers, but did the Icefield trip and it was the perfect event. Our camping was mostly at Provencial Parks, with a couple stops at commercial rv parks. The only drawback is the costs you encounter in BC and Alberta. We took up as much food and drink as we could hold, so the food costs weren't to bad. A 12 pack of Molson was $20.00 as was a 1.75 ltr of Gallo white zin. Sometimes you just have to look the other way and enjoy. One crack up was the small box of bran cereal for $6.00! We were regular enough and passed on it. If you want to see big mountains, bears, ice, and wild--do the Canadian Rockies.

Ray,
Welcome back! Sounds like you had a good trip. Wouldn't mind seeing some pics when you're not too busy...
