MAY 26th
Is the cut off date for receiving your check and form if you want a rally tee shirt and fancy wood name tag as this is the date I have to turn all the orders in to give them time to get them done. JUNE 10th
Will be the cut off date to mail in your payment & form After that just bring both with you and turn them into me at the RV park.

Adam, can I assume the rally will be at Eagles Hot Lake again this year? And, if so, when can we start making reservations? I'm NOT going to miss this one!
And if you need help with anything just PM me... I'll do what I can! It's one of the REALLY great things about being retired... Never lost, never late, and can at least volunteer to do almost anything

What could be more on topic than discussing who is bringing the adult refreshments to the rally?
And I do hear a little rumor that the lemonaide will be supplied again this year and this time no shipping will be involved. I think I heard that from a little elf. Will wait for the real word to come from the horses mouth......
For Adam: How's about a little golf tournament on the schedule this year?????? A lot of us have seen enough of the factory tours and presentations that a day on the links might just be more interesting??????

A golf tourment is a great idea at Buffalo Peak! I haven't played in years but would dust off the old clubs for this! So how many golfers do we have?

We are not sure if we will make this year's rally or not, but did have a great time meeting everyone last year.
After the rally I got to thinking about all the modifications people had made to their trailers, including myself. I know we missed the opportunity to talk to some people about certain things they had done (solar, suspension, drawer glide upgrades, lighting, etc.) because we just weren't aware that they had made those mods. Perhaps we can do a bulletin board where everyone who wants to share can post a card or list of what they've done to their rig and include their name and site number. That way we could hook up with each other and share ideas.
What do you think?

Oh Yes do pack the clubs! I will need to dust off mine and get a lot of golf balls to replace all the ones I am going to lose! I suppose I should hit the links with my dad to dust off my skills as well!

Here's a copy of the park map, we will be on the larger side of the park. You can use this to request a site if you would like. If you click on the map and then click on the map again after it opens up it will give you the option of seeing it full sized.

Just like last year, I will keep an up to date copy of the Hot Lakes map with everyone's name in the space they reserve. Makes it easy to make sure your not camping in the spot next to Woody!

| Woody, are you and Mary actually going to be there in person, not just in "spirit" this year? We can't come--have a family gathering that week at the Oregon coast--renting the house we all grew up in at Gearhart and scattering Mom's ashes in the ocean. Also have a family wedding--darn--just not enough weekends in the year!

Yea, working on a punch list now. Things that need to covered while were gone for 3-4 months. Plan to leave in the spring take I-40 and explore old Rt-66 before working our way up thru Utah and Colorado. No real time line yet, just plan on being in La Grande in late June.
