The Spouse and I are headed for Alaska for a few months. We are going up the west route via Seattle. We are expecting to roll through Seattle around Jul 17 - 18. Anybody else headed up about the same time?

Hey Bob and Betsy!

Are you the friendly guy that we met at the North Pole?  Never got a chance to meet the wife, but are hoping to get more involved with outings etc. in the near future. Keep us posted on your adventures!

It was probably me..   We met a lot of nice people on this trip, Most of them AF/Nash/DF people.   When we saw another northwood product, when practical, I tried to say 'hello' and ask if they were forum members.   I wish we had kept track of how many and where, because the number is probably well over a hundred.

Tomorrow we head for Barkerville to meet with 1shot and family again.  Then back to Beaverton for some gma/gpa time.

If you missed Betsy, it was probably because she was either fixing dinner or my glass was empty.  ;)  She really is the 'better half'...  (good coment syd:))

10-11 Oct will find us in Salem for the RV show.  Time to explore options, but generally it still points to a Northwood product.

Sorry, not trying to hijack the thread too much, but do they give really good discounts (ie is it worth my while to drive up there?)

thanks

Yes, off topic, but I'll post a comment and cease and desist!  The Salem show has always been weak on Northwood products.  Haven't been for a few years, but Guarantee from the Eugene area was the only one bringing anything--and only a few.  I sure wouldn't make a trip here just for that show.  Contact some Oregon dealers from the web locator and see if they are coming.

thank you very much Linda.  Sort of surprises me that there aren't very many Northwood dealers there.

OK, now back on topic.

Hi Bob,

Thought that you were the one!  We met at North Pole RV Park.  We have a 30U trailer, and two little Lhasa-Poo pups.  It seems that we have something else in common....we love red wine!  :)  Sometimes white wine too!  So glad you told us about this web site....It is a great way to stay in touch!

Excellent blog...   Would be nice to see more people write a blog so that we can learn from each others experiences...
