Please vote for the model you currently have and post its average loaded weight(if known) and what vehicle/hitch set up you pull it with , also what factory options did you choose. Please post info only, do not use this thread to discuss truck capacity. If your model is not listed send me a pm and I will add it.

Almost everything but the generator, added:
    2 TurboMax fans
    2 LCD TVs
A second bed platform in the rear
    Link 10 meter
    Sirus sat radio
SHUB shower screen (better that the curtain)
    Wilson trucker cellular antenna
Honda EU2000, thinking of a second for the AC
Added florescent lights over bed, couch, table, sewing table.

My wife is a quilter so the toy is her sewing room, table and 2 office chairs, the most comfortable seats in the trailer.  We travel in the Spring and Fall so for 2+ months each trip so it is home for 4+ months

Have not weighed yet, but tongue wt 1200 full water and gear, grey and black empty, 1100 dry.

Tow Vehicle – see sig -

Our 28KS was purchased off the dealer's lot.  The only options were the 13.5 BTU air conditioner and the fact that the trailer was "generator ready."  I have since added an Onan 2.5KW generator.  Although were are on the road for up to seven days at a time, and the trailer has not been hooked to shore power since leaving the dealership, this size unit has been sufficient for our needs.

Our average weight, depends on the type of show and what we are hauling - books, glass, china, furniture, etc.  It probably averages around 10,000 lbs. with a wide variance from one trip to the next.

We tow with a Chevrolet 2500HD 4X4 Crew Cab with the 6.0 engine and automatic transmission.  Our hitch is an Equal-i-zer, our brake controler is a Prodigy.

We have used the 30-5J only two trips so still figuring out all the options.

I wish the ladder was a front mount...the side location is a pain to store (or leave it because you can't drive with it mounted) and that worries me given the trailer height. I am looking into an electric pole saw for those low limbs on FS roads.

Until I figure out something else, double wrapped plastic bags help keep the gas nozzel clean ...it got trashed by road spray the first trip.

Really like the winterizing system...pretty easy to use.

The salesman was right about programming the stereo...a kid is way faster than reading the manual.

My 21SW with generator, full water/propane tanks, two 4-wheelers, and "stuff" weighed 8700 lbs hitched to my truck. The scale was "too busy" to mess with unhiching and such.

We carry about 7400 with all the gear loaded including one 250cc Quad. Our unit came with all the factory options including a Onan 2500 propane generator.

I use the friction bar trailer setup and love it for stability and keeping it solid on the road. Tow vehicle is a 2500 chevy with Duramx/allison.

We have a 2006 17VS have not put it on the scales yet, the only thing other then our cloths and food is about 1000 lbs of a Honda Gold Wing. We want a small gen set for boon docking with the gang, and I am looking at getting a small solar panel to charge the battery while in storage.

We use a Reese WD  hitch don't really need it with a 2500 HD Ram Mega cab, but it won't sway either when a big truck goes screaming by.

2003 21SW towed by 2002 Chevy 2500HD crew cab  4x4 with 6.0 gasser which has aftermarket exhaust.  Tows well with this setup.  I had a Magnaflow exhaust which was installed by previous owner, it rusted out so I replaced it with some "off-brand" performance muffler in hopes that it would be quiter, but that was a mistake.  It's louder, and robbed some of the power.  I will be upgrading back to a Magnaflow or something else.

For toys it usually only has my DRZ400 in it, but occasionaly a 2nd bike.

Factory options:
A/C
gen ready
Fuel station

Owner installed goodies:
2000 watt inverter with 100 amp 3 stage charger built in
Link 10 battery monitor
Link 2000 inverter/charger controller
LED lights on exterior (to replace incandescent clearance/marker)
2 T105 golf cart batteries, I may upgrade it to 4 this year
New Sony stereo that plays MP3 CDs and has multiple audio inputs
New sony speaker in the ceiling
Vent cover over the bath vent

This year will be my 4th season using it.

It was purchased with almost every option, 4k gen, fuel station, skylites, twin power bunks...it even came with a BBQ.  We love all the room inside this trailer.  On the weight I have not weighted it yet, but I can say that the the first trip back over the mountains from the desert was the slowest I have ever gone up it.  My guess would be with the toys in it about 12K!   Without a doubt twice as heavy as our Nash 23 5A we used to have.  With the Nash I didn't remember I had the trailer behind me until I looked in the mirror, but wih the DF28KS I don't forget it's back there!  On switching from a 5ver to a bumper pull...I am very pleased with the WD hitch (Blue Ox 1500lb/15K) I selected.  It really tows this heavy trailer nicely.

Just put a deposit down on a 2007 Desert Fox 24AS! It wasn't the best camper OR the best toyhauler, but the best compromise of both worlds. Can't wait to break her in!:D

We have just purchased a DF 24AS and can't post the loaded weight yet, I will try to edit this once we take the first trip.

We have the Easy Lift(sp?) WD hitch with the 1k bars, may have to upgrade...

4k Gen

Fuel Station

Microwave

8ft Fridge

Single Elec  Rear Bunk with curtain

Rear Screen Wall

Power vent fans

Solar Ready

Sat Ready

I'm sure I missed some options but those are the main ones I can think of.  We are excited to start breaking her in.
