| September issue of Trailer Life has an ad featuring two new models: Arctic Fox 36-5W and 36-5V. Too big for me but they must feel there is a market. Headline for the ad is "WE ARE HERE TO STAY!"

| On mine it runs down the right side of page 25. If not in yours must be a regional edition thing.

Ok I talked to Northwood again about these and so far they only have one proto- type built. Not sure if its the 5W or 5V but I should have pictures of it by monday to post and with any luck if they have produced it the specs as well. I guess it has been kept under tight wraps but a little birdy has told me our own Bob has gotten to take a peak when he was there recently!

OK here are the photos of the AF36-5V I have been promising you.
Floor plan

Kitchen Gallery

Living Room

Kitchen view from the living room

Bedroom

Dining table/living room view

Bathroom

So what do you all think! I just got to find a way over there and walk though this unit! Hopefully the specs will be following soon as well. I will see if I can come up with some exterior and storage compartment shots.

There are no photos of the 36-5W as the proto type is not built as of yet but it is basically the same layout as the 36-5V with the Living room area switched around

I agree very beautiful looking unit. Yes it looks like they with with solid surface counter tops and stainless steel under mount sinks & laminated hardwood floors! As I study the photos I also noticed the window at the table goes all the way to the top of the slide out ceiling, maybe now you can enjoy the view without ducking down. Looks like lots of windows though out which is always nice. Did you notice the light fixtures above the sink recessed into the wood overhang? Nice touch! It also likes like its been equipped with a surround sound system. I really like the layout.
OK now my mod mind is kicking in......
I can't see the whole bathroom but it looks like just one small drawer. I would surface mount the outlet to the wall behind the sink counter or to the side of the ward and install a second drawer. In the kitchen on the right of the sink there is only one drawer and a couple of white things there, I am going to guess they light switches and an outlet?? I wonder whats behind those blank panels as well. Hopefully if you choose the optional washer/dryer combo unit it comes vented to the outside. I am going to say after seeing photos of this unit and being in once similar in design its 38'+ in total length. I suppose we will know once they publish the spec sheet.
Over all really like what I see in the photos and hope to be able see it in person.

Saw this unit at the 08 rally. It is very impressive, and the counter tops
are corrion. To be more functional would take a big truck and Adams
mods.

Adam,
It will take more than your "Dodge" to tow that BEAST anywhere! Don.

Well Northwood sent me 2 exterior shots of this unit today but I choose not to post them as they are of the unit sitting at the factory with defect tape on it, ladders and parts laying around. Noel wanted to wait until it could be moved to a better back drop but when that didn't happen he went ahead and took a couple of shots. I thought about cutting and pasting a better back drop but just to much work. So I am with Noel on this and will just wait for more flattering shots. Remember this is the photo type and is subject to tweaking as needed.
